The aid station and its location are shown on the course profile above. During the race, two types of nutrition will be available: liquids and solids. The products available will vary depending on the type and location of each aid station. The detailed list of products that will be available for the 2026 edition will be updated in the coming weeks and published on this page. Assistance, food and drink will be available at the start and finish.
There is no mandatory gear required for this race.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age on the date of the race to enter.
